Develop Black & White and Scan

Regular price€55,00 Sale price

This workshop invites you to experience the full analogue lab process by developing and scanning your own black and white film. You’ll learn how the chemicals work, what happens inside the emulsion, and how to influence the final result from the moment the film goes into the tank.

After a clear and accessible introduction, it’s hands-on time: loading the reel, preparing the chemicals, and developing your film step by step. To finish, you’ll learn how to scan your negatives using our NORITSU scanner, completing the full laboratory workflow from start to finish.

You’ll leave with the knowledge and confidence to continue working independently, opening the door to a more thoughtful, hands-on and expressive way of creating.

Accessible to all levels.

What do you need to bring?
One black and white film roll to develop.

Don’t have one? We’ve got you covered.
Stop by our lab a few days before the workshop to pick up a Dubblefilm Daily B&W, shoot it, and bring it back once finished to develop during the session.

If you’d like to bring a different roll, it must be HP5+ or Fomapan 400 (we’ll explain why during the workshop).
