Shipping

All our orders are shipped from Barcelona, Spain using tracked services: UPS, Zeleris, or Correos Express.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

  • We ship Monday to Friday.

  • Most orders are processed within 1 working day.

  • Delivery times:

    • Spain & EU: typically 2–3 working days

    • Worldwide: 3–7 working days, depending on customs

  • All shipments include a tracking number, sent by email after dispatch.

If you're in Barcelona, you can select "Local Pickup" at checkout.
Orders can be collected from our store in Gràcia:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS


If you're ordering from outside the EU:

  • Import taxes and customs fees may apply in your country.

  • These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

  • Please contact your local customs office for details.

Important: If you refuse to pay customs charges and the shipment is returned to us, we’ll refund your order minus return shipping and any administration fees incurred.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES AFTER DELIVERY
Once your package is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered fulfilled.

  • We cannot be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or missing after delivery (e.g. left at the door or in a mailbox).

  • We do not resend or replace orders — especially larger ones — if they go missing after the courier confirms delivery.

  • If you’re concerned about delivery security, please:

    • Choose Local Pickup at checkout (Barcelona customers), or

    • Contact us before ordering to request a delivery with signature confirmation.

We’ll always do our best to help you track your shipment or assist in any courier claim, but please understand that reshipments are not possible in these cases.

NOTE FOR US CUSTOMERS
Due to increased international courier fees, small orders (e.g. 1–2 rolls of film) may have higher shipping rates.

  • We recommend ordering multiple items to get the best value on shipping.

  • We continually monitor courier pricing to offer the cheapest possible rates, and we always round down to save you money.

INSURANCE


We do not insure each shipment by default, as doing so would significantly increase overall costs.
If you'd like your order to be insured, please contact us before placing it and we'll do our best to help arrange it.

Please note that standard courier shipments include basic tracking but may not cover loss or damage in all situations.

Warranty and returns

SHOW camera

I simply don’t like it!

The SHOW camera can be returned with no questions asked within two weeks from the date it was purchased. The SHOW will need to be sent back in its full packaging with a tracked shipping service to:

Once received we will refund the camera only. Shipping cannot be refunded.  Please include a note with your order number.

It’s not working!
If your SHOW is faulty within the first two months since the delivery date, send a basic video with your phone showing the fault to: help@dubblefilm.com and please include your order number. Jano will check it out and get back to you.

We will ship a replacement to the address in the original order. Camera only with no strap or case.

If your SHOW develops a fault after the first two months and within the first year please ship the camera only with no strap or case using a tracked service to:

Please include the order number and explain what the fault is. Once we’ve checked the camera we will send a replacement out to the address in the original order.

 

Film

We do not accept returns of photographic film. This is because we can’t be sure if the film has been exposed by a client and therefore cannot resell returned film. If you have any issues with your film or the results of the films please email help@dubblefilm.com with examples and we will try to help!

Second hand vintage cameras

Please check the photos carefully as we display all signs of use, marks and scratches clearly in the photos. We do not accept returns based on not liking the camera's aesthetics.

We test the cameras before putting them online and again before sending them out. Once you receive the camera please test it right away, if there is a fault we will need to open a case with UPS as damaged in transportation and issue you a full refund.

If the camera is working when received but develops a fault within the first month please send a basic video with your phone showing the fault to: help@dubblefilm.com and please include your order number. If the camera is not repairable we will issue a full refund of the camera only. 

Bags and stationary you can return goods within two weeks. Please return the unused item in original condition with a note with your name and order number using a tracked service to:

If the item being returned is lost in the post we are not responsible and please note we will only issue a refund of the product and not the shipping.
