Please note: this is 127 film, not 120. It will not work with 120 cameras.
Svema Foto-400 is a high-speed black-and-white panchromatic film from Ukraine, built for both outdoor and indoor shooting. Its wide exposure latitude makes it an excellent choice in low light and tricky conditions — it handles difficult scenes with confidence.
It's particularly well suited to landscapes, offering great separation of green tones, and its high contrast and red sensitivity shine when the light gets tough. When shooting in normal light and you need greater depth of field, Foto-400 is a reliable go-to.
One thing to keep in mind: the film is coated on a polyester base, so load and unload in subdued light to avoid light leaks. Once the camera is closed, fire three blank shots before your first real frame — this protects the leading edge of the film.
