Orders are shipped Monday–Friday from Barcelona, Spain using tracked services (UPS, Zeleris, or Correos Express).

Most orders ship within 1 working day.

Typical delivery times:

• Spain & EU: 2–3 working days

• Worldwide: 3–7 working days (customs may add time)

Tracking numbers are sent by email after dispatch.

Customs & duties

Orders outside the EU may incur customs duties and taxes, which are paid directly by the recipient.

If charges are refused and the parcel is returned, we refund the item cost minus return shipping and administration fees.

Risk of loss

We remain responsible until your order is delivered to you (or a safe place you authorised). After delivery, loss or theft is at your risk.
If you’d like insurance or signature delivery, please contact us before ordering.

Orders outside the European Union

Orders shipped outside the European Union are not covered by EU consumer-protection legislation, including the 14-day right of withdrawal and the EU legal guarantee.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for orders placed and delivered outside the EU.

In exceptional cases, and only if expressly agreed by us in writing, a return may be authorised. In such cases:

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import charges.

• Any customs duties, taxes, or fees paid by us upon re-importation will be deducted from the refund.

• Refunds will only be issued once the returned goods have been received, inspected, and cleared by customs.

All customs duties, import taxes, and costs related to international shipments remain the responsibility of the customer.

Online orders (EU/EEA customers)

Right of withdrawal – 14 days

You have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, email store@dubblefilm.com with your order number and a clear statement.

You must send goods back within 14 days of informing us.

Unless otherwise stated, you pay return shipping.

Refunds (item + standard outbound shipping) are processed within 14 days of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return.

If goods are handled beyond what is necessary to test them, we may deduct for diminished value.

Exceptions

Film
Unopened film may be returned. Opened or used film may still be returned, but if it is not resaleable we may deduct up to its full value.

Customised or personalised items
Not eligible for withdrawal.

Faulty goods (online)

If an item is faulty or develops a defect:

• New products are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee.

• Remedies (repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund) are free of charge, including return shipping and labour.

In-store purchases (Barcelona shop)

Spanish law does not require change-of-mind returns for in-store purchases.

As a courtesy, we allow 14 days for returns of unused items in original condition, with receipt. Refunds cover the product price only (shipping is not refundable).

Faulty goods (in-store)

New goods are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee.

Remedies (repair, replacement, or refund) are provided free of charge.

Vintage & Second-Hand Cameras (sold in-store only)

All vintage and second-hand cameras are tested before sale and sold exclusively in our Barcelona shop (not online).

Under Spanish law, second-hand goods are covered by a 12-month legal guarantee, limited to hidden defects that make the camera unusable.

This guarantee does not cover:

• Cosmetic wear visible at the time of purchase

• Age-related deterioration (e.g. meters, capacitors, seals, batteries)

• Misuse, moisture, drops, or third-party repairs

Testing period

For the first 7 days after purchase, if the camera proves faulty, you may return it for a replacement of similar value or a refund.

After this period, the 12-month guarantee applies only to hidden defects.

• In-store: 14-day voluntary return for unused items in original condition.
