Processing time

Orders are packed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed before 1:00 pm (CET) are usually dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time will normally be shipped on the next business day.

During product launches, holidays or busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers including DHL, UPS, Correos Express and other local delivery partners, depending on the destination.

Available shipping methods, delivery estimates and shipping costs are shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier.

Although we do everything we can to dispatch orders quickly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates, as delays caused by customs, weather, transport networks or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders shipped outside your destination's customs area, import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise during checkout.

Pre-orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, it will normally be shipped once all items are available.

Estimated shipping dates are shown on the product page and may change if suppliers experience delays.

Incorrect addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge additional shipping costs to resend it.

Lost or damaged parcels
