We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to help.
Returns
If you've changed your mind, you can return most unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. To arrange a return, please email help@dubblefilm.com before sending your parcel.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake with your order.
Please use a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Please include your order number inside the parcel.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund using the original payment method.
Faulty SHOW Cameras
Every SHOW camera is checked before leaving our studio, but if you experience a problem we'll help you as quickly as possible.
If your camera develops a fault, please email help@dubblefilm.com with:

a simple video showing the issue whenever possible
We'll review the issue and let you know the quickest solution, whether that's troubleshooting, a replacement or another appropriate remedy.
Photographic Film
Due to the nature of photographic film, we cannot accept returns once it has been delivered, as we cannot verify whether it has been stored or handled correctly.
If your film arrives damaged, incorrect or you experience a manufacturing issue, please contact us at help@dubblefilm.com with photos and we'll be happy to help.
Vintage Cameras
Our vintage cameras are pre-owned and may show signs of age or cosmetic wear. We photograph them carefully so you can see their condition before purchasing.
Every camera is tested before being listed and tested again before shipping.
We recommend testing your camera as soon as you receive it.
If your camera arrives damaged or is not working as described, please contact help@dubblefilm.com as soon as possible with your order number and a short video of the issue. We'll inspect the case and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement or refund.
Returns based solely on the cosmetic appearance of normal wear shown in the product photos cannot be accepted.
